Facility Inspector
Solid Rock Software has developed a Microsoft® Tested and Approved handheld and Web-based
inspection system that is already saving our many customers time and money when performing Safety,
Health, Fire and other field inspections. Our inspection application utilizes Hewlett Packard, Dell,
or compatible handheld PDAs coupled to a Web-based application to cut inspection times in half – or
better. This inspection application is appropriate for Safety, Fire or Health inspections.
Features:
- PDA-enabled field data collection eliminates manual code look-ups and manual data entry (See "Inspection Process").
- Violations are entered using a Decision Tree and mapped to standard Florida Regulations SREF,
69A-58, as well as NFPA, etc. The Decision Tree is user-customizable.
- A SQL Database allows storage, retrieval and comparison of immediate and historical data.
- The application generates reports to support management needs and regulatory reporting requirements.
- A Web-based user interface provides secure enterprise-wide access to the application. You control access
to screens, functions and reports.
- Web-based reporting utilizes industry-standard Crystal Reports®.
- The total time to complete inspection and reporting process is reduced by 50% or better.
- Your Administrator can edit the Decision Tree to support any new regulatory codes such as
NFPA 101, NFPA 72, etc.
- Your Administrator pre-defines default values for Priority, Deficiency Type, Category, etc.
The application controls the inspection process, end-to-end.
Various user roles are supported: Safety Inspector,
Follow-up Inspector, Quality Assurance, Maintenance personnel,
Operations Departmental Administrator, Municipal Fire Inspector, and Executive. |
